We have a wide range of finance options for developments ranging in value from less than £1 million upwards.

Please note however, that flats and apartments are difficult to finance at the moment, unless the developer can prove that there is a strong demand for them in the area. But, as we move out of recession, this will obviously change.

Broadly speaking, we can provide a loan to value of around 70% on both land and build costs.
